Australasian Spa Industry Conference Bubbles With Innovation
Parliamentary Secretary to the Premier, Lisa Singh, today opened the Australasian Spa Association's 6th annual conference.
Representatives of the spa and wellness industry from around Australia and New Zealand are in Hobart to attend the conference.
“The spa and wellness industry is a growing part of Tasmania's tourism industry, with more and more operators and a growing market,” Ms Singh said.
Delegates at the conference will have the chance to expand their business and promotional skills and will be able to see on display a range of products from some of Australasia's leading suppliers.
As part of the conference events, an interactive spa and wellness showcase will be held in the Tasmanian Visitors Centre from Thursday through to Sunday.
Members of the public can find information on spa and wellness experiences and enjoy a complimentary mini-massage from the students of the Papillon Academy of Beauty Therapy.
