The Event Development Program helps organisations and individuals develop new skills, new ideas and new approaches to existing events. The six month training program is suitable for commercial event producers, local councils or volunteer groups and consists of workshops, forums and webinars. We also provide advice on risk management, marketing, planning, communications, governance, business planning, creative expansion, product development and many other aspects unique to event management.
